Horizontal Shredder series description

 

1. The horizontal shredder is used for shredders that are longer and larger, with a diameter of 250mm-1600mm and a length of 3m-9m. The material does not need to be cut, and can be fed at one time.

2. The horizontal shredder adopts a double-shaft drive system, and the two shafts operate synchronously. Compared with the single shaft at the same power, the production capacity and shredding efficiency are greatly improved.

3. The built-in hydraulic system pushes the material to the main shaft for shredding, and is equipped with a high-precision system and a silo balancing system to ensure a stable shredding process and reduce vibration and noise.

4. On the basis of safe and easy operation, the electronic control system is equipped with protection functions such as one-key start, emergency stop, overload protection, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the machine and maintain high efficiency.
