1. Inlet structure

Green columns used on the injection molding machine are added on both sides of the main shaft as guide rails. The guide rails have built-in copper sleeves. At the same time, we can choose to apply oil on the Green column to increase the lubricity and the service life of the machine.
Advantage analysis:
a. The feeding is unlimited, the feeding amount is controllable, and the movement of the hopper drives the material close to and away from the main shaft to ensure the smooth shredding process. The forward and backward movement of the material is automatically controlled by Siemens PLC, and we choose to determine the load of the spindle through the magnitude of the current. Effectively reduce the number of reversals and protect the reducer.
b. The structure of the traditional shredder is a built-in push plate to push the material. The material is in direct contact with the push plate and cannot be refueled. The gap between the push plate and the guide rail will become larger and larger, which will eventually cause the push plate to be stuck and must be stopped to remove the push plate. board to continue working.
c. At the same time, when too much material is fed in the traditional structure, the material cannot be taken away from the main shaft through the push plate, and the load is too high, and the machine will frequently reverse.
2.Shredder main bearing
The main shaft of LSE shredder uses the forged circle in the round steel as the raw material, which has higher density and higher strength. Yuangang has been quenched and tempered, forged and roughed to reach the standard shape. The finishing of the spindle is all integrally processed in its own machining center, and the tolerance of the shaft can be controlled within 10 wires (1mm is equal to 100 wires).
The structure design of the main shaft and cutter head of the shredder is perfected by our company's nearly ten years of on-site production experience. The cutter head structure is selected in a stepped spiral shape, which can make the load in the shredding process more uniform and ensure smooth operation.
Advantage analysis:
a. The LSE spindle is an integral forged workpiece. The traditional shredder chooses seamless steel pipe welding, and the cutter head is welded to the steel pipe. The welding process is high temperature, and the contact point will expand and contract. After the overall welding is completed , the tolerance of the entire shaft will even reach 4~5mm. In this way, the blade gap must be large, and our company's blade gap can be adjusted to 0.5mm. The smaller the blade gap, the lower the load during the shredding process, the higher the machine output, and the longer the service life. At the same time, the gap of the traditional structure is too large. When processing soft materials, the phenomenon of shaft winding often occurs, which causes the machine to rotate frequently and affects the service life of the motor and the reduction box. The service life of the welding cutter head is much shorter than that of our overall structure, and the cutter head often falls and damages the shredding room, but our structural cutter head will never fall.
b. The structure of the cutter head of the main shaft, the traditional shredder chooses the round welded cutter head, and there is only the concave and convex structure of the cutter head on the whole shaft. The gap between the fixed knife and the moving knife will be small, but the gap between the fixed knife and the main shaft will be large. When shredding soft materials, the phenomenon of shaft wrapping often occurs. And our company's random selection of grooved cutter head can ensure that the gap between the movable knife and the fixed knife is 0.5mm, and the gap between the fixed knife and the spindle can be controlled at 1mm, and the shaft will never be wrapped.
3.Shredder wall panel processing
The wall backsplash, left and right wall panels, and hopper ears of LSE shredders are all processed by gantry washing. The overall accuracy can be controlled within 1mm, the machine is more stable and has a longer service life.
The traditional shredder is only rough welding and grinding, without high-precision processing. The working principle of the shredder is head-to-head. If the connection is not precise enough, the structure of the machine will shake in the later operation, which will seriously affect the service life of the machine.
4. Shredder reducer
LSE shredder reducer chooses the high-torque tooth surface type reducer, and the brand is Guomao. Due to the selection of domestic brands, considering that the domestic material standards and processing technology do not meet the German standards, we choose the enlargement method when selecting models. The service factor of the international standard speed reducer is 2.2 times, and the service factor of LSE's speed reducer is 5 times. To put it simply, our gearboxes are several models larger than those of domestic factories. Through our gearboxes are equipped with a water cooling system, the service life of the gearboxes can be maximized.
For the connection between the reduction box and the main shaft, choose the coupling connection, and the coupling connection is a tight fit, which can effectively relieve the recoil force generated by the main shaft during the shredding process and protect the gear of the reducer. At the same time, the piercing pin structure is selected in the middle of the coupling, and the recoil force is mostly carried by the piercing pin. In the later stage, it is only necessary to simply replace the piercing pin, which greatly reduces the use cost. The traditional shredder chooses the sleeve shaft mode, that is, the main shaft of the shredder is directly sleeved into the reduction box, this method is loose matching, the reduction box will shake during the shredding process, and the recoil force of the main shaft directly acts on the gear box of the reduction box. On the other hand, the service life of the reducer is particularly short.
5. Shredder bearing
The bearing seat of LSE shredder is integrally processed by the machining center, and the tolerance of the center height of the main shaft is within 10 wires, which greatly improves the accuracy of installation. Because the main shaft is a solid overall structure and the load is high, our bearing chooses the enlarged mode, and the bearing size is twice the size of the traditional shredder.
The bearing installation of the shredder is to choose slow fire installation, and the process requirements are strict. In traditional factories, for the convenience of installation, they choose to bake directly on a large fire, and the inner hole of the bearing is heated and easily damaged.
6. Safety protection
The original intention of LSE shredder is to put safety first. The hard equipment is equipped with vertical safety hoppers and safety protection covers. In addition, for the convenience of operation and maintenance, the machine is equipped with a full set of stairs, handrails and safety maintenance platforms to reduce the risk of customers. Potential safety hazards during use.
The traditional shredder is limited by the machine structure (the push plate moves and the frame is small). In order to save costs, the hopper is also a simple bell mouth, the safety factor is not high, and the risk is too great.
7. Electronic control system
LSE shredder control originals are mostly Siemens and Schneider brands, with stable and reliable quality. The machine's operating system chooses the Siemens PLC system, which can effectively control the forward and backward of the machine hopper, and has a complete overload protection and high-heat protection system. The operation panel is a Siemens text display. After the debugging of the machine is completed, the operator only needs to control F1 to start and F2 to automatically stop. The system will cooperate with the mobile hopper according to the amount of material input, so that the current can be effectively passed through the whole process automatically and stably. The degree of automation is higher, the machine is more stable, and the service life is longer.
The traditional shredder is only controlled by a simple selection button, which cannot effectively coordinate the internal load of the hopper according to the current. The machine will frequently reverse the scene, which greatly limits the stability and service life of the machine.
8. Overall structure of the machine
The working process of the shredder is an overall head-to-head structure. LSE considers these, and in the manufacturing process, it is more convenient to consider from the perspective of frame and plate thickness. The weight of the whole machine is nearly 1.5 times heavier than the traditional machine. Can achieve long-term operation.
9. Hydraulic system
The LSE shredder chooses a high-strength hydraulic system, the oil pump chooses a large-diameter, multi-length oil pump, the hydraulic station capacity is higher, and the hydraulic oil pipe chooses the high-pressure oil pipe used on the forklift. During the working process of the machine, the hydraulic load is neutral. In short, we use a larger and stronger hydraulic system to ensure that the hydraulic pressure is in a low-load working state. The hydraulic system is also equipped with water cooling to ensure stable and long-term operation.
The hydraulic system of the traditional shredder is very small, just choose the pressure structure enough to push the push plate, our smallest hydraulic system can achieve a thrust of 10T, while the traditional shredder is only 3T.
